   Tierra Linda Architecture offers Architectural Services, including Real Estate Pre-purchase planning studies, Property Inspections and Appraisals, Schematic Design, Construction Drawings, Bidding and Budgeting, Construction Supervision, Interior and Landscape Design. 3. Client Obligations
   As a client, you agree to:
   • Provide accurate and complete information as requested and make decisions in a timely manner.
   • Communicate and Coordinate with our team throughout the project.
   • Pay all fees and expenses as agreed upon.
   • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Fees and Payments
   • Fees for our services will be determined based on the scope of the project, your specific requirements, and our hourly rates or project-based fees.
   • Payment is due upon completion of each phase of the project, as outlined in the project agreement.
   • Late payments may be subject to interest charges.
5. Intellectual Property
   • All intellectual property rights related to our designs, plans, and other deliverables belong to Tierra Linda Architecture.
   • You may use our deliverables solely for the intended project.
   • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our deliverables without our written consent.
   Professional photographs shall be taken at the culmination of the project. 
6. Limitation of Liability
   Tierra Linda Architecture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or our website.  
7. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold Tierra Linda Architecture harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
The Architect’s liability for all services performed under this letter of agreement shall in no event exceed that portion of the fee received.
8. Governing Law
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of [Jurisdiction]. Our intent is to avoid disputes and maintain open and frequent communication. We always prefer to discuss issues that arise in a respectful and conciliatory way. If we are not able to reach a satisfactory conclusion during a disagreement, claims and disputes arising out of this agreement shall be decided by mediation in the offices of the Justice of Peace in Panajachel.
